My period was wonderful! The menstrual sponge is really easy to use: you put a moistened, soft sponge inside. And when the porous sponge has absorbed all the menstrual blood, you take it out and rinse it, after which it is ready to use again.

Using menstrual sponges has been a powerful experience. It increases awareness of the body and connection to the universe. It is truly wonderful to feel connected to nature, the flora, the sea, and to know that nature has the answers to all our needs.

The sponge is soft, it adapts to the body's shape. Each sponge is unique and can be safely cut to fit you. One sponge can be used for several months.
