Postage costs vary by region and country. Postage from 6 EUR, unless otherwise agreed or specified.

The products of the same order are always delivered at the same time, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery time 1-14 business days.


​You have a 14-day return and cancellation right. You can cancel your entire order or return part of the products you ordered. Products to be returned must be unused. The cosmetics must be in unopened original packaging and the packaging must be intact and clean.

And take the package to the Post office, you cannot return it through the machine.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the original postage and also for the return postage.
We will return your payment within 14 days after we have received the return. The return is made with the same payment method you used when placing the order.


Please note that not picking up the order is not the same as cancellation.

If your package is returned to us, we will store it for 1 month, during which you can agree to resend it at a fixed price. After this, the order will be canceled and the ordered products will return to MAN Knows Better Oy property without refund of payment.


If you don't pick up your order in time, your package will be returned to one of the post offices within our domain. If you wish for the package to be resent to you, our fixed price for picking up the undelivered package from the post office and resending it, including all costs, is 25 EUR.
Posti charges us for sending, storing, returning and resending the package, so this package resending arrangement is the way we, as entrepreneurs, can serve you. Please contact first.

As small businesses, we do not have the option to resend packages free of charge. We also don't want to encourage people to leave packages unclaimed with free resending, because the constant resending of packages is against our sustainable development principles.

4. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
According to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, the legal basis for processing personal data is
- consent of the person (documented, voluntary, individualized, informed and unambiguous)
- legitimate interest of the data controller

The purpose of personal data processing is communication with customers, customer relationship maintenance, marketing.

The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Data content of the register
The information stored in the register is: the person's name, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), IDs/profiles in social media services, information about ordered services and their changes, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.

IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the functions of the service are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, e.g. to take care of data security and for the collection of statistical data of website visitors in those cases when they can be considered as personal data. If necessary, consent is requested separately for third-party cookies.

6. Regular sources of information
The information to be saved in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g. From messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer gives out their information.

Information about contact persons of companies and other organizations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.

7. Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information can be published to the extent agreed with the customer.

Data can also be transferred by the controller outside the EU or EEA. Data will not be transferred to the United States without the express consent of the data subjects.

8. Principles of registry protection
Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is.

9. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. 11. Other things to consider: It is not necessary to become a member of the site. The Member setting has been added to improve the customer experience. If a person joins as a member and chooses his own name as his username, the member profile created by him may appear in search engines when searching under his own name. This is because is visible to search engines (Google). All member profile information, on the other hand, is protected and hidden from third parties.
