Spruce resin is the star ingredient in Metsän Kulta Bar Soap – sustainably harvested resin from spruce trees grown in Finnish forests has properties more precious than gold. Spruce resin has been used for centuries to treat various skin injuries – burns, wounds, rashes and other minor skin irritations. Spruce resin is antibacterial and stimulates skin renewal with the help of resin acids and lignans.

How to use Metsän Kulta Authentic Bar Soap
Bar shampoo may initially cause some surprise; how does bar shampoo work and how is it used? Metsän Kulta Aito Bar Soap is sulfate-free. Metsän Kulta Aito Bar Soap forms a wonderfully rich, creamy lather – below are the instructions for using the bar shampoo:
1. Wet the piece, hair and scalp thoroughly.
2. Rub the soap directly into the hair and scalp.
3. Lather the shampoo thoroughly with your fingertips and leave on for a few minutes.
4. Rinse your hair and scalp with warm water. If your hair is dirtier or contains product residue, you can double wash it, i.e. repeat the previous steps.
Storing Metsän Kulta Aito Bar Soap:
It is a good idea to store bar soap on a well-permeable surface, such as a loofah soap dish – it will extend the life of the soap. Real bar soap itself is a poor breeding ground for microbes, so you don't need to worry about that.
