How to Wash Menstrual Underwear

Wash at 40-60°C. Shape while damp after washing. Avoid tumble drying and bleaching.

Pre-washing is recommended before the first use. With regular flow, the underwear does not need to be changed during the day. After use, rinse with cool water and wash with similarly colored laundry. Do not use fabric softener. Dry inside out in a well-ventilated area.
